Hotel is in a central location, walking distance to major landmarks, several restaurants and lots of shopping, close to public transportation and hop-on, hop-off bus.
Staff in the hotel is great, friendly and courteous.Special mention to “Jorge” bell boy,he is very helpful.Breakfast buffet was good,hotel lobby is very good and clean.
Bad part is I was initially booked in a standard room on the 9th floor, my room was separated by a door to the adjoining room, please beware since one can see in the other room due misaligned door,no privacy.After complaining (I suspect the hotel staff is aware of the problem of privacy in the 9th floor room),I was transferred to a Executive room after few hours.Room and bathroom is clean, but small and yes the air conditioning in my room was bad, I had to open window to keep cool in the night.
We used hotel car service from airport to hotel, paid 75 dollars, one can use the cab from the airport, it is cheaper.
Hotel to cruise terminal used cab, paid 200 pesos(10 dollars) with 4 pieces of luggage,since you get charged extra for luggage.
