Our room had a shade that was not working and the plugs on the nightstand were not working and we felt the employee that came to the room to check on things was a bit annoyed with us even though we did nothing wrong. We were told someone would be in to check them the next day but upon returning that night nothing seemed to have been done and if it was we were not notified and it was still not working. Would have been nice if we were offered a different room at least for our stay but we made it work. Hotel was clean and in a decent location at least.
