I had an excellent and truly exceptional stay at Elaf Taiba Hotel. The location is outstanding, just a few steps from Al-Masjid Al-Nabawi, making it extremely convenient for prayers. The rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a calm and relaxing environment.
The service was exceptional, with staff who were polite, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everything was well organised, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and pleasant. An excellent choice for anyone visiting Madinah. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Best hotel experience by far. They are doing bit their way to make sure your stay is comfortable. Room service 24 hours a day. All staff are very nice and professional. They always give you a courtesy call to make sure you’re done and if uou need anyway. I cannot fault them in any way possible. Elaf Taiba is worth every penny.

Hotels are nice - except that when we arrived around 4:30-5 both of ours were not checked in till around 6pm as ours rooms weren’t ready - but they were only allocating once we arrived - not ideal after long drive and if the times clash with salah times makes it difficult to leave stuff and go pray.

This was my first stay in Al Madinah and I am very impressed and happy with Elaf Taiba! They are very detailed oriented and go above and beyond to help you.
Pros:
- Luxurious feel, warm welcoming at checking with Hibscus tea
- Rooms are extremely clean, carpeted, fresh bathrooms, no bad toilet smell, sanitized, and they have thought every single toiletry detail a traveller needs in Madinah
- Haramian view, Walking distance to the Masjid and excellent view.

I stayed in the Family suite and it was a lot of beds. I wish it had a seating area. Otherwise, it was very luxurious. This is 5+ Star ⭐ hotel, not 4.

Et super fantastisk ophold med venlige og hjælpsomme mennesker over det hele-fra rengøringen til personalet i restauranten og receptionen. Helt klart et hotel vi vil besøge igen hvis vi for muligheden! Smukt design og interiør og ligger LIGE ved siden af profetens moske. Varm anbefaling herfra!
