Never Again- Cold, Uncomfortable & Creepy
I have always had good experience with Super 8 but that was not the case this time. The bed was hard as a rock. The blankets were so thin and old in the thin hotel style that on the freezing cold day, it brought no comfort in bed. The padded chair in the room looked contagious. From what, i dont know, but i wasnt sitting on it. The bathroom was clean with great shower pressure, but not an extra towel in sight if I wanted to use one for my body & my hair. (With long hair, this is a must.) Location- easy to jump right on the freeway but there were scroungy looking imdividuals hanging around the dumpster and parking lot. It made me want to park by the front office under the lights, for the safety of myself and the things that i leave in my car when i travel. Overall- not staying here again, even if it were free.

I started putting groceries away, my daughter just fell asleep, and I started noticing how dirty it was. The microwave wasn't cleaned out, the floor under the beds hadn't been vacuumed, a lot of different surface areas obviously hadn't been cleaned or sanitized or wipe down in a while. I left the front desk notice right when I saw this but told them my daughter was sleeping and we take care of it in the morning. They said that they'd have housekeeping come around 10:00 a.m. the next morning. By 11:20 that morning I went to the front desk because no one showed up and the lady at the front desk told me excuse me yell at me

Not enough bedding.
There is only one blanket on the bed and when I requested another, I was told I woudn't give me one and to use the non eco-friendly heater which keeps me awake at night, apart from the fact I prefer a room to be colder to sleep in. It's healthier than sleeping in a heated room. A hotel really should have enough bedding to keep its guests warm.

Service was really good, the room on the other hand could have been better, found toothpaste in the sink when we got in there. The bathroom looked like it was passed over and there were brown streaks on the floor.. the bed had hair all over the sheet.

Hello. After spending the night and not really paying attention to the condition of the room. The following morning when gathering our items to leave my children found dirty socks, toys and soda bottles under the beds edge. The microwave was dirty with food. The carpets were extremely stained and from the 70”s. When brought to the manager on duties attention she became hostile, spoke over me on many occasions. When asked if there was a different manager she said no, he’s at a different location and didn’t know his schedule. They refused to provide the owners number and became verbally aggressive towards myself and refused to listen or offer compensation. Do NOT stay here. Also the breakfast they provide is hardly worthwhile no meats and the eggs offered were hard boiled and sitting in water. Very unclean establishment! Rude customer service.

Don’t stay here so dirty
Customer service was horrible tried to cancel our first night because sports tournament time shot moved I called multiple times and they couldn’t understand what I was asking nor would they refund me even though they were reached out to multiple times when checking in we had to repeat our last name multiple times took over 15 mins to get room keys even though we checked in over the phone prior and couldn’t understand us they didn’t speak English very well. Bathroom was beyond disgusting, looked like mouse poop in multiple areas in the bathroom, floor was damaged and cracked you sunk when you stepped on certain tiles, dirty over all, dark women’s hair in the bathroom, stingy smell in the hallway that lingered in the room, pictures online are not the sake of what it actually looks like.

Do not stay here
First room they offered to us was a complete disaster. Other than the beds being made the room was not clean. There was cigarette burns in the bedding. The carpets were stained everywhere I looked. There was stains and what appeared to be body fluids on the walls, along with holes. Damage to all fixtures. There was also was what may have been a bloody towel on the shelf in the closet area, although it may have been make up. Don't know wasn't going to touch it. The second room they gave us was at least cleaned, but not in much better condition. The TV didn't work, all appliances and lights were either not plugged in or barely. There was damage to all fixtures. But if you are in need of a prostitute, look in the bible. My son found multiple names and contact information for multiple girls. Also unused condoms were outside in the ashtray by the back door, but they were gone in the morning. So if you're looking for that kind of thing I guess this might be the right place for you. By far worst stay I've ever had.
