The room was in good condition, only problem with 123 was the toilet was not affixed and it rocked when sat upon. The staff was very courteous and informative. I would recommend this hotel/motel for short stays.

We stayed in a presidential suite, it is not a presidential suite at it should just be considered an upgrade room. The room had the hot tub and balcony. But the room has no coffee maker. There are no extras for being a presidential suite. The room has missing title by the hot tub and missing baseboard by the sink. We don't do pot but some in a room near us does and I am guessing the hotel allows it but it smelled so bad every time we would go in and the hotel. There are no extras in the room and they only have stairs so if you need more towels or toilet paper you have to go down stairs to get them and then they want you to give what you have to them but 2 towels is not enough for two people as a woman with long hair I need one for my hair and body and then my husband needed one. We came to see family and in the past when we have done that hotel have not had a problem with our the grandkids coming to play in the pool. This hotel will not allow that, so we never used the pool. If I eat gluten it cause pain in my body, we only went to breakfast 1 day because the breakfast was waffles, toast, Danish, grits, and yogurt. Must hotals that claim to have a breakfast has eggs, meat and fruit. So we ended up having to buy breakfast each day. The bed was very comfortable. The was was hot. The room was spacious, however there is only two drawers for clothes and a very small hanging area for clothes. We stayed a week so the amount of clothes we had didn't fit my husband used the drawers.

Pool didn't open until 11am same as checkout time. The smell of marijuana in the hallway was overwhelming. The floor was disgustingly dirty. I put a new pair of socks on my child after her bath bath. Within 10 minutes the socks were black on the bottom.

Booked the presidential suite very relaxing for me and my partner pricing was reasonable for what the room included.I definitely recommend for couples looking for quality time together I will definitely book again !!!

This was the smelliest hotel I have ever stayed in. The hallways smelled like marijuana. The stairways had a nasty funk. Our door to the room had light coming through all around; it did not feel secure. The staff was great, and the beds were very comfortable. But the smell in this place is horrid.

It was a good stay. It was just one night because I had a long trip but I wanted to rest and they need to fix their ACA lot of noise coming from it barely let me sleep And the pillows are the worst\n Other than that, it was a small, nice room.

Room was extremely clean, brand new sofa bed in the room, staff was extremely nice, and owner on premises. 24 hr front desk employee. It smells so clean upon entering, and there are really nice cushioned chairs to sit and relax. Simple breakfast area offering waffles, yogurt, cereal, toast, juice, coffee and milk. A treadmill and bike in a small fitness area. Pool is very clean and well kept. Excellent location. The value for the price is worth 5 stars!

Room was nice and it was clean. The staff went out of their way to give us a common place to visit with family who was meeting us there! Very nice pool area, although we didn’t use it. Staff also helped us avoid stairs for mom even booking through a third party.

Only thing in breakfast bar was cereal and a waffle machine that did not work Sauna didn’t not work… was a big part of the reason I choose this hotel Booked a suite with a jet tub and only 2 of the 7 jets worked Bed and pillows where very comfortable Check in was easy but staff not very friendly

The front desk lady when we checked in was super nice. That’s the best part. The picture on our room had mold spread across half of the frame. There was no couch, just a big empty area where a couch should be. The towels and bed pillows had stains on them.

Booked through hotels.com and was less than pleased that there was an additional $25 charge for this "pet friendly" hotel upon arrival. Build it into the price, I don't like surprises. Nancy was friendly through check in. Went to our room on the second floor, opened the door and was about knocked over by urine odor. Nope. If I'm paying extra, I'm staying in a clean room. Went back to Nancy, told her this was unacceptable and she did move me to a first floor that was okay. There were stains on linens and towels and moldy patches by the ceiling in the bathroom. Chair for relaxing in looked like they picked it up curbside. It was so disgusting I wouldn't set any of my things on it. Pool looked great for kids/families, didn't partake.

Not impressed

Not impressed with this hotel at all. I feel the pictures online are misleading. There are only two floors but no elevator. I checked in at the front desk then had to go back outside to another entrance. Cleanliness was meh, there were a few black spots on the sheets that looked like stains. And also black spots on the shower curtain. AND they give you an ice bucket but there is no ice machine on the second floor! I would’ve had to go back outside and back to the lobby to ask where one was.
