Due to flight delays we ended up flying all night. Between flights I called the hotel to let them know we wouldn’t be arriving until early morning to shower and sleep for a few hours before check-out. I had already been charged for the room. The first 2 times I called I was hung up on. They said it would be up to the morning shift whether there was a room for us or not, even though I’d already paid, because the reservation would be canceled if we didn’t show up that night. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they were gone. I requested a refund if they weren’t going to hold a room for us but they said that has to go through hotels.com. After almost 10 minutes I finally convinced him to at least leave a note for the morning shift explaining that I had called but still no guarantee we’d have a room. I called Hotels.com but they couldn’t reach anyone at the hotel to confirm my story so they had to escalate it and said it would be 24-72 hours. Meanwhile, we had to make other arrangements bc I wasn’t going to pay for an Uber to a hotel (we would arrive outside their shuttle hours) that may or may not hold a room I’d already paid for after unexpectedly flying all night long and then have to find another alternative and have to Uber to the next place. Very disappointing experience all around.

Room was smelly musty damp . Bed stunk of body odor and mustiness from running a c non stop. Had to run the heat to tone down the clamminess and smell. Windows dirty. Bathroom mediocre.

Cleaning room: I learned on site that you have to ask at front desk for someone to go and clean the room. And also that they only clean it every 3 days. this is something that is really new for me. The hotel looks like it is falling apart. The bathroom was dirty, the wallpaper is peeling everywhere, paint is chipping, doors look like they have all been kicked in, wood molding is water damaged everywhere, etc. We almost did not get on the morning shuttle after finding out last minute there was a sign up list. When we checked in we were not told about the list even after we specifically asked about shuttle times/arrangements, etc and that we needed to be on the 5am shuttle.

Allowed early check in and great staff

They allowed us to check in early and this was great considering the rainy weather we were having. They also had the option of being able to shuttle us to the airport. Great staff and customer service!

Dirty

The hotel was super dirty. The hotel and rooms carpets and rooms as well. Please hotels.com stop putting fake pics on the internet. I feel like we been lied to. Bathroom didnt even have soap. And little to barely hot water. Please post real pictures. Dont put fake ones. I been using you guys for everything so i dont want to stop.

We arrived at the airport late. We had to uber over from the airport which was expected as the shuttle only operates between 5am and 9pm. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming even at the late hour. The room was very out dated and the bed sheets had stains on them. We did not want to get under the covers. We tried to take showers however the water temperature never got hot. I wouldn't want to stay longer than one night.

The room was great and convenient to MCO. The staff was friendly. I had the free shuttle service but opted for an uber as the shuttles start at 5am and in my return to Orlando, I used an uber as well because I paid for parking at the hotel, which included the shuttle service, but I could never get anyone to answer the phone , so I had to pay for another uber to get to back to the hotel

Very friendly staff

All staff were super friendly. Airport shuttle very easy and convenient to navigate to and from. The pool was outdoors and unheated so it was very cold (in October). The hot tub was also closed.

The staff was very professional and friendly. They ordered an Uber from the airport and check-in was easy. The room and common areas were worn and needed updating or replacing. However, for the price it was acceptable. The shuttle going to the airport Only once an hour was not acceptable, especially for an "airport" hotel. In general a good stay but had to call an Uber myself since the 5am shuttle was already full by 7pm the previous night.
