The only issue I had is the room door was caught where it closed and made it very hard to open. The room was clean and no other issues.

The place was ok. It is one of the cheapest places to stay in Omaha so just know, you get what you pay for. I felt sick after staying here for 5 days. Room just had this musty smoky smell to it. It appeared new, bed was actually amazing, pillows were hard. Toilet was not attached to the floor and was shimmed up by a piece of cardboard, The tub would fill up with water to my ankles everytime I showered due to a drainage issue. Vending machines on the 2nd floor did not work so had to go to first floor. Breakfast waffles were great but not much more for a breakfast selection. So overall it was ok. About what is expected for the price point

Staff very friendly. Easy check in. Very accommodating. The room was clean but the door and the frame didn't meet at the bottom. You could see the hallway. Breakfast wasn't much of anything. I won't stay here again.

Check in was good. Friendly and helpful front desk. Rooms were nice and clean. Good location and not hard to find. A few restaurants near. We walked to Village Inn for dinner both nights. Was traveling with my in-laws and nephew. Overall good hotel. Breakfast was good. They had waffles, breads, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, and a few other items.

Room was clean, body wash dispenser was empty but bar soap in room, Goofy TV remote had to point at the lamp instead of the TV to get working. Decent place to stay during busy Berkshire Hathaway weekend.

The shower in the bathroom was very small, slippery, and hard to turn on and off. There were structural cracks in the bathroom and the bedroom area (room 106). There were almost no amenities available in the hotel. No elevator and not very ADA compliant.
