I enjoyed my four-night stay in this hotel. It has two supermarkets on the same streets, so I was able to buy some fruit, bottled water, bread for breakfast. There is a restaurant on the ground floor, too.
I did not want my room to be cleaned but needed towels. A cleaner was able to understand this though she did not speak English. It was nice she exchanged towels when I met her in the morning. From the following day, they put new towels and a roll of toilet paper in a bag, and hung it in my door, which was very nice.
I stayed on a non-smoking floor, but I smelled cigarette many times even when my window was shut, so probably neighbors were smoking in their rooms or hall-ways. I could have told this to a receptionist. When I said this when checking out, he asked if I knew which room the smoke came from. There were many smokers on the streets in Germany, so I worried that non-smoking rule is not that strict in Germany and I refrained from complaining.
The water in the sink was hot enough to make tea from tea bags. But the taste was not good; I bought bottled water from nearby supermarkets.
