This is an absolutely beautiful hotel and property with a very historic charm. The pool area was quite nice however there is a missed opportunity with the coffee shop and bar no longer open. Seemed understaffed but hopefully they will be able to make great use of all the space again soon.

Ok…. Read all the reviews and if you decide to stay here have the right expectation going into it. Nothing fancy about the place and that is spelled out very clearly. Location in my opinion was perfect for a game weekend which is why we were there. The staff was awesome but we aren’t very particular as long as room is clean and we feel safe. Bed and pillows were actually super comfortable and we slept well the whole time. Boulder can get expensive on game weekends and we felt we got our monies worth at this historic hotel. Hope this review helps!

The lobby and decor was so much fun. There was plenty of parking and the location was close to everything we needed to get to during our stay. The desk staff was very helpful. Didn’t get a chance to check out the pool but the hotel was clean, although dated. It was still charming.

We stayed here because we were attending a concert at Folsom Field at CU. The location was great and we even walked home from the show! The hotel itself is super cute and the old school vibes really bring so much charm. I gave 4 stars because it’s clear the hotel is on the older side and the rooms especially show its age. Some things could be more polished and use some updating but all that being said, I would 100% stay here again. Pricing was fair, bed was comfortable and pool/ restaurant were cute. Though I wish the upstairs bar was open.

Staff was nice. Property is dated and in need of some upgrades. Beds are springy and the pillows are small. Did the trick but a lot of money for the return. Also, very warm…ac couldn’t quite keep up with the heat on a 90 degree day.

The bathroom was pretty dirty, hair and dirt in the shower/toilet/sink. The restaurant/bar is closed, the pool is closed, there’s no breakfast or anything, which I was unaware of until we got there. Our whole floor smelled like cigarettes and weed. Just a little upsetting for the price of the stay, and since it’s listed nowhere on the website that everything’s closed. The lobby is very nice, but the room and bathroom is not fantastic. Staff was very kind though, and we got a room with beautiful views of the mountains.
