The rooms were filthy, stains in the carpet, bed and walls! It looked like blood, and the ac didn’t work, room doors were cracked. Room was blazing hot in the middle of the night in summer! We were given a box fan which did not help at all; and they simply told us that it’s cuz the units are old. The pool was foggy and nasty, totally different from the pictures online; same as the breakfast, same stuff everyday and none of it was good at all. They lure you in with the pictures but then you enter and it’s the complete opposite. All the lights were yellow giving an eerie feelings, and lights are dim in the room so you feel like you’re about to get snatched under the bed. 1/5 stars, only good thing about this place is the people who work there are nice

Not a great experience of stay

The location of the property is good, but the room has no facilities, phone not working to reach the front desk, no exhauster fan in the bathroom, bathroom curtain was keep sliding off from the road, sofa bed is not useable state, it’s just a junk. Property need renovation. Breakfast should become better

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait, la vie magnifique de jour comme de nuit. Le petit déjeuner correct, le personnel très accessible. Besoin de rénovation dans la salle de bain. Certaine chose n’était pas propre (frigidaire). Pour un autre voyage il est sure que je reviendrais dans celui là.

Disappointing

The people working there were wonderful and trying their best but the building is falling apart and the cleaning crew needs to be trained again. Our first room had vomit and blood all over it. We were swiftly moved. New room looked fine and had a beautiful view of the city. When we started taking showers, water started pouring out of the ceiling. We dried it as much as possible, let them know and went to bed. At midnight the waterfall started again and by 2:45am I had to go down to let them know that it won't stop. Nothing could be done so had to go back to room. The staff did give us a refund and apologized profusely. Upper management needs to take care of the building better. I do not recommend this place until they fix the problems. I will say that it is close to restaurants and shopping so you can park at the hotel and walk.

Stayed here with a family of 5 for 2 nights. Location was convenient to visit New York attractions but everything else was a let down. Property was very old , room doors, bathroom sink, shower tub - everything were old, worn out and many were complaining about their rooms at the front desk. Wouldn’t stay here again.

First and foremost, I want to commend the hotel staff — they were absolutely amazing. The front desk team truly made the magic happen with their kindness, helpfulness, problem-solving skills, and welcoming attitude. A special shoutout to the breakfast attendant, who greeted us each morning with a warm smile — she was a bright start to our day. Pros: • Great location with convenient access to public transportation, food services, and restaurants. Cons: • Unfortunately, the hotel itself appears neglected and abandoned . The carpets and furniture were heavily worn, damaged, stained and extremely dirty. • The bathroom and window frames showed significant mold, and the shower was in poor condition. • The pool, which my children were excited about, was disappointing — the water was cloudy, and the strong smell of bleach was overwhelming so I did not allow them to use it. • I noticed bugs in the bed and felt uncomfortable walking barefoot on the room carpet. • During breakfast, mosquitoes were flying around the food. • Our room door also had a large visible crack. Overall: While the staff were exceptional, the condition of the hotel was very disappointing. It felt run-down and unclean, which unfortunately overshadowed what could have been a much better experience.
