We stayed at the second hotel. Both are straight across from the entrance to the pyrammids
Plusses - The rooms were good, comfy bed, sofa tv, everything you need for a night or two. Breakfast was excellent, yogurt with jams & honey, sweet breads, salad with cheese and cold meat, omplete and hot koftas, so much choice. The night light show on the pyramids was amazing and hotel staff were very attentive and looked after us.
Downs - you had to put the water boiler on for 15 mins prior to having a shower, some areas of the room and balcony could do with some attention. We booked a table for 7.oopm for dinner with the breakfast staff but nothing had been reserved when we went to the restaurant and staff told us to try again in another hour. We went elsewhere... The hotel is on the main drag, so very noisy until the early hours.
Overall.... if you want a reasonably priced hotel next to the pyramids for 1 or 2 nights and don't mind noise then perfect for that
