Hébergement d'une propreté et confort exceptionnel. Très bon emplacement, chambres spacieuses, salle de bain avec tout le confort nécessaire. Allez-y les yeux fermés. Espace cuisine partagé et laverie extrêmement bien équipés et propres. Expérience excellente.

Resi NOT stay
The hotel is below medicore. I travel a lot and this was probably one of the reviews that I have given such low reviews too. The room was not what we booked, The room smelled like sewer and the towels were stained. There is no towel service, no regular front desk attendant, and everything is very remedial at the best. I would not recommend this hotel.

Given wrong info about luggage delivery service
Kyoto station counter staff gave us the wrong information about the luggage delivery service. We were told that the delivery service was suspended in the WHOLE Japan and delivering our 3 big luggages to Tokyo hotel before we leave for our 2 days trip to Shirakawa-go is not possible at all.
We were able to send it via the Kyoto Post Office after some mad rush and disruption to our itinerary. There was no suspension of service nor possible delay conveyed to us at the post office.
It would have been a disaster if we were to bring the luggages thru many train rides and bus rides in heavy snow during our 2 days trip before we arrive at Tokyo.
We did receive our luggages in time in Tokyo without any delay at the end.
