I made this reservation the same night as check-in but ultimately did not need the room and attempted to cancel. The so-called “manager” refused to allow the cancellation, citing that it was past the cancellation deadline—although the reservation itself was made after that deadline had already passed.
I have made multiple calls requesting a refund and to speak directly with the manager, yet despite being told I would receive a call back, I have heard nothing. This lack of follow-through is unacceptable.
Furthermore, according to the stated terms, “No shows” are charged only for the first night. Instead, this establishment charged me for the entire reservation, which is a clear violation of its own policy.
