AN excellent choice
Room type- Superior Twin room. This hotel is at a very convenient location, just beside Petaling street market. Central market, kasturi walk, Pasar Seni interchange station, street food stalls, other hotels, everything is nearby. The guys at the reception are very friendly and helpful. They responded to everything I asked for. Clean and comfy room. Overall had a great stay. Would book again 🙂👍
One suggestion - please consider spraying air freshener in the room since the rooms remain closed all the time because of air-con, it smells a little at times.

Hotel entrance looks amazing, room was bit outdated, but looks like on picture. Room was bit smaller than I expected, but there was also desk and chair, which was fine.
Room near was bit noisy, but walking distance to street market in Chinatown.

Nice hotel and great staff
The hotel was clean, the room we had was on the street side so it was very noisy. Especially being Chinese New Year. The air condition didn't work great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel but few things to fix
Hotel was nice and in a good location. Walking distance to many places and plenty of public transport links. The rooftop area with tv was great for a chilled movie night. The staff were really good mannered and happy.
Only downfall is that (im guessing due to lack of staff) the room wasnt cleaned once during our 6 night stay. We had to actually ask if we wanted fresh towels or toilet paper etc. But when the room was made up, they didnt actually clean floors/bathroom, make the bed nor change the sheets. Good thing we're not fussy guests! First world problems but still something you expect when on holiday.
Other than that we liked the hotel. Could do with a touch up on the paint (chipped and grubby, quite a few "unknown" substances on the wall above the bed lol). But initial presentation was really lovely and the rooftop area was our favourite part of the hotel. We would go back, these are just a few pointers for the hotel to fix!
