We were really happy with this hotel and would stay here again every time. The location wasn't right in the heart of touristy Austin, and that was for the better. The neighborhood had plenty of dining/drink options with an easy walk, and the drive to the hotspots wasn't hard at all. We didn't have issues with noise, even with the light rail and a school next to the property. The room was huge, well appointed, and quiet/dark when we needed it. The breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel. Well stocked, tons of options. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. Parking is a little expensive, yes, but we were happy not to have to search for street options (that being said, parking didn't seem too hard in the neighborhood)
