Great staff. As an American visiting Munich, I walked about 20minutes to the subway and was in the center of Munich rather quick. Staff was great to me and there was always one person there that spoke English. Nice bar and restaurant on premises.

The shower only has half a shower door so water gets all over the floor. The AC unit DOES NOT work, at all! We set it as low as it would go and we were still sweating ours butts off all night. So much sweat that we were soaking the bedding. The unit sounded like it was on but no air was actually coming out and that was the case for both of the rooms we had. Other than that the hotel was nice and clean.

The bar and restaurant was closed for the five days we stayed there and you could only have breakfast - there was an area to buy drinks and snacks but after a long day out it would have been nice to get back for a meal and a drink. The room and hotel were average. The air conditioner was extremely weak and the room was extremely hot. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The bartender OMR was the absolute best. Very engaging, friendly courteous and attentive. He provided my wife and I with a list of sites and restaurants that we absolutely loved. He is a 5 star staff. Greatest bartender in the world!
