They didn’t honor our requests. And proceeded to try and put my family of 7 on 2 king connecting rooms rather than the 2 queen, 2 connecting rooms. The associated even went as far as telling us we could cancel our reservation. She ultimately found two rooms with 2 queens each, but not connected. We had to split up.
The rooms are outdated, beds are uncomfortable. You can hear noise from every direction. Planes, cleaning carts early in the morning being pushed up and down, cars (engines, horns, alarms) in the parking lot. The floor boards are rotting, especially in the bathroom around the shower and walls.
The manager did comp us the $20/night parking fees to help with the service received at check in. And was very apologetic and said he would be addressing the issue. We had spoken to someone the evening before and they confirmed our two rooms with 2 queens each, and conjoined.
Or was quite frustrating and made things harder for our family to coordinate and get ready. 2 kiddos with disabilities and multiple people packed in one suitcase.
