Worse, travel experience ever
I travel often, and this has got to be the most horrible experience with a rental company I have ever had. My itinerary was not handled correctly, so therefore I set for hours upon arrival trying to get checked in where I can park my vehicles. It was not until the next day when you guys finally straighten things out and fixed it correctly. Upon arriving at the room, there was food on the dishes and pots and pans. There was no effort in wiping anything down. It was all gross. They were saying in the bed and the towels had been folded, but we’re definitely dirty. They smell like sweat. We use three bracelets the entire time we were there hung all three of them up and was still charged $25 for a bracelet twice not once but twice. I called your company. I emailed your company and tried for hours prior to my arrival to get them to fix their mistake but no one did so. It’s this is about accountability. If I don’t do my job correctly, there’s accountability but you guys don’t take any accountability but you’re sure to place it on someone else.
