Comfortable bed & quiet location
The location of the hotel is in a not-so busy area of London, I believe it's considered the financial district. It was a quiet neighbourhood. Very walkable to tower bridge and some local restaurants. I loved the hotel because I could not hear my neighbours and slept well. I also like that the bed is firm. What I did not like was green light that is in every room. Even when you turn off all the lights, the green light remains on. Also the shower was a little difficult to figure out at first but I managed. Had really good hot water. I like that the room was equipped with a fridge, microwave, stove, oven and washing machine. No dryer though, which made me wonder how I was supposed to dry my clothes especially since there was no clothes rack or even a balcony. Hotel staff was very friendly. Shout to Nas (not sure of spelling), but he was the nicest staff member there. Always willing to help and apologized when things were not going my way. He is the reason I really enjoyed my stay. Another staff member told me she would bring an iron to my room but it never happened. She did mention that she was new so she probably got overwhelmed. Overall, I would stay here again now that I know how things work. Would give it a solid 8/10.

I requested for a room in the wing that’s not facing the railway track after reading past review regarding the noise. And yet that’s exactly the room I got. A friend who checked in together managed to get a room in the other wing and had a restful stay throughout. When I contacted the front desk for a change, the attitude was quite rude and insincere.

Great place but checkout is too early
It's a great room and has great amenities however check out is at 10am and the housekeeping staff knocked on my door at 10:01 am and then again at 10:05. It was absolutely rediculous. They wouldn't stop bothering me even after I said I was about to pack up and leave.

Great location. Room big and had everything we needed for our stay. Only negative was female receptionists not very welcoming or friendly. I asked one of them where Tower Bridge was and she said it was over 1hr away but in reality was less than 10 min walk. Not allowed to check in prior to 3pm even if room was ready which is unusual. Don't forget ID and prepare for early checkout
Room and location were good. The early check out time was a bit of a problem - I should have checked before booking. They also weren't going to let us check in but after about 10-15 minutes they did in the end. I hadn't read the instructions properly but if you book don't forget photo ID as I nearly ended up with nowhere to sleep!

Brilliant Aparthotel and great location
A very well kitted out Apartment with this aparthotel. Very clean, hospitable and welcoming environment. A very short walk to the nearest tube station at Tower Hill. My only niggle…windows do not open, which is problematic when cooking using the hob (use the oven). We almost set off the smoke alarms while making a quick stir fry.

Do not recommend. Inconvenient stay.
I do not recommend this to anyone, unless you just want a night to stay with no care for amenities. 1. They checked us in late, despite us arriving and greeting management early. After waiting for an hour in the lobby, when we approached the desk again at the appointed time, we were told housekeeping was still cleaning the room. 2. Lack of supplies. I checked in every day of my stay about detergent for the washer in the rooms. Every day I was told the shipment was delayed. Management should just walk to the shop across the street and stock up for what they are charging the guests. 3. Non-working appliances. The espresso machine in the room was not functional. 4. Incorrect documentation. The washer unit is a washer/dryer combo with user-unfriendly interface. Management told us there was an instruction manual on the room. It was for a different model. 5. TV doesn't have any channels. Management said we could use an HDMI cable. There is no HDMI cable in the room.
