A pleasant stop over facility. The biggest fault is the low water pressure in the shower.

Only a couple of points. 1) The shower/bath could have done with a grab handle to assist getting out. 2) The toilet seat is a bit high. One of us had dangling feet when sat on the seat! Overall our stay was good.

The room was nice but the building is an Indian wedding venue The restaurant only serves Indian food an no bar l The breakfast comes in a takeaway bag not worth bothering with an overcooked cheese toasty 2 weddings on during our stay so car park was like a Car meet Wouldn’t stay again

Although the hotel was nice, we had a super king bed which was our we like it, breakfast was crap and the shower pretty much didn’t even run very low pressure. And you have to pay for park which is £2.50.

The stay overall was fine, but, we arrived late in the evening, and the windows in the room were open - on a chilly evening, and we couldn't get the heating to work. And the water pressure in the shower was very poor, which was a major disappointment, as the actual shower looked very inviting..

Desk staff were friendly. Room was tidy but needed freshening ie paint, stains on the chair. Bed was hard which hubby liked but I didn’t. We were woken up at 3 am with shouting outside. Then again at 7 with what sounded like a washing machine next to our room. Couldn’t get back to sleep. It did the job of somewhere to stay for the night but we won’t be returning.

Check in was with an ipad and wanted me to pay again. i had to go in and get help. the first room was ok. beds and pillows comfy. but got up to get ready for my brothers funeral to find no hot water for a shower and breakfast was a microwaved sandwich - which we refused. we went elsewhere for breakfast at a local cafe. we went back to the hotel to move rooms - still no hot water. We were told by a young lady that she could do nothing about the hot water. i washed my hair with cold water and went to the funeral. we got back to the second room and was told that the water was fixed. i did get a hot shower that night. i will not be going back to this hotel.

The room was clean. Absolutely no staff the t.v didn't work properly no instructions. No instructions on use of shower either the mirror was not within reach of hair dryer socket. Room was cold ordered breakfast but nowhere does it tell you where to pick it up from. No receptionists on arrival or on the following morning to help. The whatsapp number and hotel number did not respond to my calls or messages. As a lone older female that was sat in a cold room all night with no t.v heating or means to get help I felt very vulnerable.

Our stay at The Chichester Hotel was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, there were no staff members anywhere on site and the entire process was self check-in, which made the experience feel very impersonal and unwelcoming. The website advertised a bar, but it was closed and apparently not likely to reopen. The restaurant was technically open but only for limited hours each day, leaving very few options for food. Breakfast was also a letdown — only a basic continental option was available, yet it was priced more like a full cooked breakfast. The room itself was very basic and had a noticeable damp smell. The radiator was rusty, the bathroom floor was dirty, and the room felt cold and uncomfortable. Overall, the experience was so poor that we decided to check out within an hour of arriving.
