The Starfire was great! Very close to the Boardwalk and beach. Parking was easy. Room was clean and well supplied. No staff on actual property, but the sister motel next door was immediately available and helpful. The pool was closed, but in fairness I may not have noticed that at booking. All in all a great place to stay!

Room was very clean, if a bit dated. Overall, a great bargain. The location is excellent. The pool was clean. The staff was friendly. Our room was ready early, so we were about to get in by 1. We were allowed to parked there and use the pool while we waited. I would stay here again.

The staff at Starfire was very professional, helpful, and friendly. It is not a real fancy motel, but it was extremely clean and comfortable. Although the hotel is not directly on the boardwalk, it was still in close proximity to the beach and the boardwalk itself which was refreshing. The Doo Wop Restaurant is a great place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, very reasonably priced, and only about a 6 minute walk. I highly recommend both places for your stay in Wildwood.

We loved the retro feel of this hotel. Our room was small but clean. Only suggestion we have is more lighting in the room it was pretty dark. The bathroom was very clean and loved the yellow and green retro tile work. We only had one night so we didn't get to check out the pool or amenities, but the beds were comfortable and that's what we needed. This property also seemed to draw very nice and friendly families. Felt very safe.

Nice location . Get there early or you’ll be stuck 2nd floor to the back by the ACs and wall view. Also everything is closed by 7pm pool, grills as staff leaves. Check out is 10am sharp. Even vehicles. No beach or boardwalk until 3pm like places up farther on the crest. Place is very well maintained and cleaned. Plenty of towels and nice bedding.actually good deal for the price. Just plan accordingly due to time constraints

This is a solid option at one end of the boardwalk for Wildwood. The motel is just one block from the beach. The woman who checked us in was very welcoming and efficient. They have a pool, outdoor showers, and (limited!) parking included. The rooms were very basic, which is to be expected for a motel. The minifridge, microwave, and full-sized dresser were a plus. The bathroom was stocked with towels, rags, soap, and shampoo, and while not in pristine condition, was better than I expected. The room was mainly clean, although the sheets and blankets on the bed showed signs of wear. They also do not enforce the quiet hours, which are posted from 11pm to 8am. We had noise from the folks staying next door to us until after 1am outside our room. The worst part was the price - $200 for one night at a motel on a weekday. Coupled with how obscenely expensive everything else was in town and on the boardwalk, we were officially priced out of being able to stay longer. Such a shame that our first and probably last trip to Wildwood was so short.

Bathroom was the size of a closet, the a-c was in the wall and on the other side of the room, didn't cool the room at all and very noisy to keep on, you can't hear the t.v. They don't supply guests with pool towels so I had to buy my own and the pool is closed at 10.00 p.m. There are no phones in the room so you have to walk outside to get to the front desk and you better get what you need because the front desk closes at 5 p.m .
