This was a good stay. Breakfast buffet was good. Short walk to metro. Longer but easy walk to train stations, visiting city farm en route.

10/10 Exceptional

We were in Lille for 4 nights and we found this hotel to be perfect for our needs. It was all lovely and new and spotlessly clean, very well appointed, and an easy walk to the stations. We really liked it.

A really handy space with a useful kitchen area. Room was clean and a good size. Area was close to metro. Very handy for getting in and out of the centre.

I would put hairdryers in the room and make the clear signs in English too for foreigners about floors, rooms, lifts. Overall it was a pleasure to stay in the hotel, exceptional quality, very friendly and helpful staff.

10/10 Exceptional

Simple clean room, well located to the city and train station, and helpful friendly reception staff. Not much more you could want. Our only criticism was not having access to any drinking water for our first night. We were advised the only water was from the vending machine but there wasn’t any in there and the shops were closed until the following morning.

8/10 Very good
