Cardápio café manhã diversificado atende a maioria gosto pessoas, ambientes com ar condicionado quartos limpos ....desde recepção passando p camareiras todos solícitos educados, menção especial equipe copa Sra Valdete amor de pessoa atende a todos com sorriso alegria e simpatia contagiantes...só não aproveitamos piscina p mau tempo ...agora como hotel está passando p reformas, único ponto negativo a ser reparado assim que possível subsolos onde estão as garagens cobertas ...precisando de manutenção no chão e repintura de ambos....e também acelerar os andares que não foram ainda modernizados...ah e melhor opção de canais a cabo ...tvs não são smart...ou seja sem opção acesso a canais streaming...e internet chega lenta nós quartos

Quarto confortável em andar alto, com uma vista maravilhosa da Basílica de Santo Antônio. O hotel está passando por reformas, mas não ouvimos nenhum barulho. A equipe da recepção e da limpeza foi super simpática e prestativa, tornando a estadia ainda mais agradável. O único detalhe foi um leve vazamento no registro do banheiro e o exaustor, que não conseguimos ligar, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado. Recomendo!

Piscina com higienização não convidativa. O primeiro quarto que peguei estava com cheiro de mofo muito forte, como o ar condicionado não funcionou, pedi para trocar de quarto. o outro quarto estava tudo funcionando, porém a janela estava quebrada e embaixo da cama muito sujo. Café da manhã estava bom. Funcionários muito atenciosos e prontos para auxiliar.
