Really good climate control in the rooms. All rooms are set to 22 degrees Celsius. However, you can adjust that up or down by 3 degrees in either direction. The rooms are all studios so they're spacious with nice views. The beds are super comfy, the lobby area is very inviting with comfy couches, a bar area and a cafe/lounge area. This is my second stay and I would definitely stay again. Love this place.

The Locke is a wonderful place to stay in Canary Wharf. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean, fresh and spacious. One small thing to think about is the offer of decaf tea and coffee in the rooms.

Great location - we were in London for a concert at the O2 Arena. Hotel room and reception areas were brand new, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay. It would have been nice to be welcomed at the reception, which was under-staffed for the workload. Also please give out instructions on how to use the air-con: we had to go back to reception and queue up again just to get a simple instruction on how to operate the air-con control.

A few teething troubles - we couldn’t make the microwave work and there were no instructions, and the light in the shower decided to stop working in the morning. However, the room was lovely, the view incredible, and it was just a short walk from Canary Wharf station. I travelled with my 17y/o daughter and we would have appreciated an option for twin beds rather than a double.

Nice location for people attending conference in excel. Near metro. Facilities are new. Comfortable room. Excellent dock view with sunrise. See-through glass door for shower. Beware if you invite your friends to come. Just beware for headshot as there’s a tv at the back of sofa, and lamp not high above sofa Just a pity that there’s a dead insect in floor, and a used toothpaste in bathroom sink. Maybe the pattern looks alike.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The lobby was very comfy, as was the bed in the room. Stayed nice and cool in there during the heatwave. Very solid climate control. Room was already cool when I got there, which was a nice touch. Didn't really use any of the amenities. Pool table in the reception area wasn't working for some reason. They mentioned they were replacing it in the next few days. Very good place to stay if you're working in the wharf and need to stay overnight or if you're visiting London in general. Close to both the DLR and Elizabeth lines. Also buses to Stratford, the Isle of Dogs and Blackheath. Amazing views. A+. Would absolutely stay again.
