The staff were smiling, helpful, and made us feel welcome. The parking lot is spacious, and the hotel is easy to get to. The bed was a little lumpy, and an ice machine and pop machines were out of order. The staff made this a nice place to stay.

The pool needs a few maintenance needs with missing tile. A little musty smell upon entrance in the room, but dissipated with keeping the door open. Our room had mold in the ceiling tile in the shower. We made front desk aware, otherwise the room was clean and we had a good night sleep.

We’ve been staying at this hotel for years. It just changed from Best Western to Baymont also new ownership and I met the new owner. Very nice guy. He said new improvements are on the way. We always enjoy our stay here. The pool was clean and the surrounding area was clean. The rooms are always clean and quiet. Looking forward to the new improvements to the property.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We didn't use the pool, but other people were enjoying it and it looked nice. The room and common areas were clean. The bed was very comfortable and there was a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. The room was a little dated and could use some spackle and paint. They have free Wi-Fi in the room. Breakfast was make your own waffles, sausage patties, and scrambled eggs, plus yogurt, cereal, and little prepackaged danish and muffins. There is a decent restaurant in the parking lot. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient for our two night stay.

The worst bed I’ve ever slept on. The only thing g I can assume was they had bed bugs. I put a towel dwn on the comforter I didn’t sleep under the sheets, I was afraid to. The rm was clean so was the bathrm. It was the bed, it need a decent Mattress without bugs!!! Bkfst could hve been better up

When I first got there in the evening my room smelled like someone had previously smoked in it, went to front desk, they apologized and changed my room right away. Second room was clean, however it could use a bit more of deep clean in the shower area. Pool at the time was green and definitely needed a bit more scrubbing around the walls. I think something was maybe malfunctioning in the pool because the vaccum robot was just still in the bottom. We were unfortunately unable to use the pool. However next day when I checked out I was very impressed on how quickly they got things taken care off. It seemed like they were taking out part of the furniture and deep cleaning that first room I had gotten, the staff was also walking around the pool and the pool looked like it was getting taken care off as the water was running and it looked so much better. I admire how they actually take things seriously when brought up to their attention not very hotel does that. The breakfast was great, and all the staff that I encounter were very friendly and welcoming. If I had to stop by this town, I would definitely stay here again.

Good for a one night stay our air didn’t work very good but it was late they offered to switch us room but we decided to stay they brought up a fan and it worked wonderful! All in all I’d say 7/10. Wonderful staff!
