The hotel itself did not look bad. The kitchen and large refrigerator was a great amenity. The tv had all the streaming apps available to log into. The bathroom specifically is pretty nice looking, besides the fact that the bathroom door looked like it had been busted open before. The crowd was… scary. Literally had a nightmare while staying here. Large groups of men walking around. But typical for Tillmans corner. When you walk into the building it will feel as if you walked into hell. There is no AC on anywhere in the building. They keep the AC off until you get to your room so it will take all night for the room to cool down. I tried to get a refund immediately after realizing how hot my stay was going to be, but they would not refund the first night and gave me a fan instead. I appreciated the fan, but I would have appreciated my money back more so I could have taken my family to a better hotel.

Our room was clean. The staff was great.Now there were guest who were very loud and very rude. The room was redone and was clean now the toilet was a little close to the vanity but other than that, it was great.

The property looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed in years. The first room I went into was filthy - the towels in the bathroom had black foot all over them. It looks like they were used and hung back up. It was not clean. It was absolutely disgusting. So the staff gave me another room that had mold in the bathroom and literally a work boot footprint on the sheets. Gross. The front desk person was very helpful though - I will say that.
