I was a bit apprehensive about the no reception check in, but was very easy and smooth. Apartment was great size and very comfortable, and fantastic to have an install room washing machine. Only a 25 minute walk to Milan Central. Eateries all around and a supermarket 2 minutes walk away in all a 10/10

8/10 Very good

Great spacious room with full amenities- full kitchen, washer/dryer including washing tabs, etc plus more if needed. Everything you need! Location was great, short walk to metro station, grocery store and bars/restaurants and easy to get into the centre for tourist attractions.

6/10 Good

Good apartments, lots of potential. Remote staff and a lack of follow-up let down the overall experience. No WIFI in rooms, which was disappointing.

2/10 Poor

Really unpleasant stay! No reception, no human contact. I felt really unsafe as a single traveller and could t sleep As I couldn’t physically lock the doo: floors were sticky, awful view from the balking as this building is not on a very nice street, super tall ugly dark buildings . Do not be fooled by modern pictures.

6/10 Good
