Staff was great, room was very updated and had a lot of amenities (refrigerator, stove, microwave, etc.), and was in a good central location. Only thing I noticed was there wasn’t any extra toilet paper for restroom (roll was already almost gone at check in), hand soap in restroom was empty, and the elevator was pretty slow. Otherwise, great stay! Appreciated the vending machine in the lobby as well as the 24/7 front desk staff.

It was a convenient location if you plan to spend time near venues/bars on Spring Garden (under 10 minute walk). The hotel seemed under staffed- I called twice for extra toiletries and they told me to come downstairs and get it.
