A hotel with the possibility to become fantastic, but struggles a bit with what likely is inexperience. Staff is trying hard to do their outmost best beyond doubt. My suite room was very big, clean and a lovely balcony. There’s a well-functioning fan in the room, A kitchen with refrigerator. Apart from no telephones in the room, the hotel could easily scale up to +3 stars. We were two people, but there was only 1 cup, 1 glass and 1 towel. We stayed two nights. House keeping failed to clean our room. The hotel also had run out of clean towels due to a technical laundry issues, but finally managed to get some from another hotel. The neighborhood felt quite safe to for a daytime walk, despite Kibera being nearby. There’s a high possibility that I will be back and by then I hope to see the same staff, but better managed hotel.
