I was disappointed despite the hotel’s cleanliness. Breakfast was not included with our room, which was fine, but we were reminded at least 20 times that breakfast was not included and that we had to pay extra. We heard this repeatedly at both the reception and in the restaurant. Even though I told them every morning that I was fully aware of the additional charge, they kept repeating it over and over again. At one point, I was even approached in the lobby because they claimed I hadn’t paid for breakfast, despite the fact that I had clearly asked them to charge it to my room. On our last day, they insisted that I pay immediately because, according to them, there was no credit left on the room. I never understood what they meant by that. I explained that I was checking out later that day after breakfast and that I would settle all the charges on my room at checkout. However, they still insisted that I pay immediately. I found this attitude very disrespectful and unprofessional. If you need to stay close to the airport, this hotel is an acceptable option. Otherwise, there is nothing nearby—not even pleasant streets for a walk.
