Excellent hôtel!!!!Excellent rapport qualité prix,très propre, très belle deco. Beaucoup moins cher que les autres hôtels de jabal omar alors qu'il est juste de l'autre côté de la rue. Accès ultra facile et rapide au haram. Très bon petit déjeuner varié. C'est le meilleur hôtel où j'ai séjourné à Makkah et incha'Allah si Allah m'invite encore pour une omra je choisirai sans hésiter le rotana jabal omar.

Amazing Experience. Very close to the Haram. The only thing that was not up to the expectation was C1 elevator that you have to take to go to the Haram and coming back to the hotel. There should be more either elevators or options.

This hotel is amazing. At a walking distance from the haram. I booked dinner too - the variety of food is huge and quality of food is great. Staff at the hotel is friendly and respectful. They even upgraded our room when came to know that it was our first ever visit to Saudi Arabia and the first ever Umrah.

Had a great experience with the hotel staff and specially the front desk manager “Omar” was exceptionally delightful along with the other staff. I would definitely come back here again.

Upon arrival, we were informed that our reservation was not recorded on their system despite presenting physical evidence. I was in state of Ihram and remained composed to proceed with our Umrah. Upon arrival approximately four hours later, no confirmation of our reservation was received. We contacted Expedia who subsequently sent an email to the manager. We finally arrived at our room around 5:30 pm. Awful experience which ruined it for entire stay at the hotel. Will never be staying here that’s for sure!

Had a wonderful experience here. We had a slightly delayed check in but were met at reception by a lovely lady who offered us special coffee and dates while we waited. The issue was that they couldnt find our booking on hotels.com To make up for the delay they allowed us late check out on the day we left. Our room was clean and spacious. King size bedroom. The bathroom was clean. The toilet area was separate to the shower area. Only downside was that there wasnt much lighting in the toilet area. The breakfast was lovely with lots of variety. We really enjoyed the breakfast. All the staff members we met were polite and courteous and always offered a warm welcome with a smile. Reception seating area was huge. Location was very good. Only drawback was that we had to cross the road and walk over to a lift to go down to the ground floor to enter thr haram area. The lift tended to be quite busy. Apart from that the haram area led us straight to gate 79. So it was a good location once u got used to the route. I have so far stayed at The Hilton, the Marriott, Violet, swissotel and now Rotana. Before i would have said that the Marriott was the best one but the route to the haram from there when on foot was a bit challenging in th heat. For now i would say its swissotel primarily for its location and Rotana is the best so far for the customer service. I hope these guys keep it up though.
