The room was clean. The hotel is under construction. So, there is some noise. Air conditioning is sufficient. Local staff doesn't speak english. Even though they try to be helpful language barrier is visible. Location is good. Walking distance to most local attractions yet far away from the crowds. At the end you get what you pay for.
