I booked a triple standard room for 3 people, but when we arrived, I found that the room only had 2 single beds and 1 bed was broken. When I complained at reception, I was told that they could not do anything and was advised to cancel my booking and go somewhere else. This was a very disappointing response and a poor customer experience.
They eventually arranged an additional single bed for one night, but it made the room extremely cramped and uncomfortable. We had no choice but to manage.
To make matters worse, there was also a serious issue with the bathroom. Water was leaking heavily from the sink tap, causing the entire bathroom floor to become wet. I reported this issue as well, but I was told that nothing could be done that day.
We had to spend the night in these unacceptable conditions. The following day, we were moved to a larger room suitable for 3 people, but the first night’s experience was horrible and caused significant inconvenience and discomfort.
