Hotel Novo, limpeza no geral boa, banheiro tem cheiro muito forte de esgoto, que retorna do ralo, deixando o quarto fedido. Cafe da manha satisfatório, porem espaco pequeno para acomodar os hospedes, nao comporta, tivemos que esperar por mesa todos os dias de nossa hospedagem, um ponto que nao me agradou sao onibus que chegam para tomar cafe da manha, com guias, de pessoas nao hospedadas, muitos estrangeiros, lotando o espaco, gerando caos na limpeza do ambiente, reposição de itens do cafe da manha ficando a desejar e alguns itens sem reposição. Fui para conhecer, nao pretendo me hospedar novamente. Nao tem academia.

Cafe da manha é bom, banheiro vazava muita agua pelo vidro do box e papel higienico muito ruim ,sabonete e shampoo poderia ficar mais perto do chuveiro, e como é lugar com piscina poderia ter onde pendurar as roupas molhadas. E o que chateou foi que ao fazer check out mandaram msg dizendo que nao havia pago a estadia mas ja estava pago!
