La habitación estaba descuidada, todo se ve sucio, lad sábanas tenían pelos. Las toallas viejas, hubo ruido toda la noche. Me sentí insegura

The staff were welcoming, but they have their work cut out for them. The hotel is rather old and worn, and it not in the nicest of neighborhoods. For a guy traveling alone, flying out of Burbank, it was OK for one night. I wish them well.

The room was cool for a quick one night trip and having somewhere to sleep! Staff was cool he let us see the room before we paid for it. A few things I didn’t like was there’s no ice machine, no phone, parking first come bases, and no small towels.

Horrible location. Horrible staff. Room was clean. This is a flop house. I was scared during the day. I can only imagine what it’s like at night. You have been warned!

The room was clean, spacious and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I strongly recommend booking your future stays at this location. Kudos to Mr Zia, Sam, Neel and Reyna for making my stay a memorable one.

The room felt a little neglected, the restroom was dirty & the drain was plugged and there was people trying to get into the room. & the parking area sucked.

I was not comfortable to be there. There was not enough parking in the back. It was not advisable to park on the street. It was mostly bad timing as I arrived there were police cars at the hotel..... As I was traveling alone, I did not feel comfortable. The staff was nice and friendly though.

Probably the worst place I have ever stayed. The place is a daily,weekly, monthly joint. Was awoken several times in the night with people partying outside my window. Could not leave my room as the window did not have a lock on it or even a latch. Room was clean, but overall I would say stay far away and go elsewhere. Very sketchy area of N. Hollywood

It was falsely advertised on the site. The photos were edited by A.I. and looked totally different in person. Also it wasn’t clean at all pretty much. The floor was sticky the pillowcases had been used and had stains and hair on it. The fridge was disgusting on top was hair and stain. The bed was basically coming off the frame so you had to stay in the middle. The dresser had someone’s toenail collection on it. I saw a roach in the bathroom and the tub was also in poor condition with random things floating around. The hallways look like a rehab center. I’m pretty sure most people who are staying there are on some kind of drugs. They are always sleeping in the hall or just standing around outside. There was an homeless guy singing very loud outside in the middle of the night for over 4 hours. Also I had to leave because someone literally died outside of my window. We pretty much were uncomfortable during the stay. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone to be honest. Negative 5 stars

Terrible experience from start to finish. The entire property felt neglected, with a clear lack of basic sanitation and cleanliness. The room was in unacceptable condition—dirty surfaces, a strong lingering cigarette odor, and an overall sense that it had not been properly cleaned. Hygiene standards were especially concerning: only one small towel was provided, and it was visibly stained and unclean, which raised serious doubts about how anything in the room was maintained. To make matters worse, the photos used in their advertising are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property at all. What is shown online is far from what you get in reality. On top of everything, the front desk staff was unfriendly and unprofessional, making an already bad situation worse. I would not stay here again under any circumstances.

Room 103, The shower smells WAY TOO MUCH of paint. The walls are thin. And when people are walking around on the top room…. It makes the window shake. I drove around the block 2 times, because is has no signs of it being a hotel. Parking is gated and first come first serve.

Staff was business friendly. Room was clean, except that I can’t barely breathe of the cigarette smoke smell inside the room. No matter how I sprayed with air fresheners. AC & refrigerator was working properly. All lights working. The parking is first come first serve. & gate is close when the lot is full. Luckily every time get back to the lodge, there was always one spot left, sound like it was reserved for me but it’s not. Reason for my poor rating. The paint on the counter table and the sink are chipped, it wasn’t smoothed. No hanger in the cabinet. I have only 1 towel and 1 bath rug towel. I brought 2 white face towel with me and left one with them. 2 small bar soap. And Bring your own hair dryer and shampoo and conditioner because that’s not provided. And worst part, there was always fighting right outside of my door along the hallway where I was assigned of the room during the days I was there. I woke up 2x around 12-1 pm & can’t go back to sleep. Oh I work night shift by the way on travel assignment basis, that’s why I sleep during the day. It’s cheap and I save a little bit of money doing that + it was near to my Hosp where I was contracted. You get when you are cheap. The hallway outside going to the parking smells weed awful. Location of the lodge surrounding don’t look safe. I managed to checked out safe though, & oh no late checked out when ask. Their 11am checked can be extended if you talked to the staff until 12:30pm the most you can stay.

Only stay if you’re desperate. All those other reviews about how great it is must be fake reviews. This is the bottom of the bottom. Sketchy area. Sketchy people. I didn’t feel safe. Cockroaches. It’s also a cash only hotel. WTH. On the flipside, the staff member “K” was very helpful and kind. I stayed only one night as I had an early flight
