Pas une prestation de dingue… disons très basique. Ca manque d une machine a cafe dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner, pour un dimanche, décevant… pas d’accueil, le buffet y était très succinct et non complété. Pour 15€/pers c’est très cher payé. 6 petits déjeuners prévus ce matin la, les deux personnes arrivées après nous n’avaient plus suffisamment de pain ni de viennoiseries.

Je n'ai pas utilisé le petit déjeuner. Par contre, il n'y a qu'une vingtaine de feuilles. De papier toilette j'ai dû aller en acheter au magasin parce que tout est fermé le week-end, y compris la réception !! Le petit déjeuner est à 15 €, et bien sûr, il n'y a même pas une cafetière. Pour forcer les gens à déjeuner sur place !! Le lit était dur comme du bois !

Si vous récupérerez votre chambre en dehors de horaires d'ouverture, vous devez procéder à un self check-in à l'aide d'une borne et un code envoyé préalablement par email. Pour ma part, je n'ai pas reçu cet email. J'ai du contacter l'assistance telephonique à l'arrivée et au départ car il vous faut également un code pour reposer votre clé si vous le faites en dehors des horaires de bureau. Et pour le départ, le code n'a pas fonctionné, nous avons du batailler avec l'assistance pour trouver une solution. Assistance très réactive !

La habitación impecable y todo nuevo. Había todo lo necesario, con cocina o dividual en la habitación . Las zonas comunes excelentes, con futbolín, piano y TV para estar tranquilo. También otra sala con cocina compartida,horno,vitro, frigoríficos, mesas, baños, cafeterera de pago y máquina expendedora de chuches. Eche en falta toallas de cara en el baño, solo nos pusieron de ducha y bastante pequeñas. Y la cama nueva pero muy dura. Por lo demás todo genial!!!! Todo muy escandinavo eslo ikea,muy chulo!!!
