This Hotel is under renovations, I booked this hotel and paid for it a month in advance of my trip only to find when I arrived that it was under renovations with no rooms .... Very poor customer service on their part to not let Hotels.com know about this .

Checked in around 9pm. Room was not clean. Floors had not been vacuumed. Toilet was not cleaned. Beds had one sheet on them to cover the mattress and a bed spread. No blanket. Luckily the heater worked. Room was inexpensive for the area, but some basics should be provided.

Room was absolite filth. There was no toilet papers. Could not shower because shower head was filled with lime rust. There were bugs. Also got bit by bed bugs. Dont waste your money! I would never go back there ever again.

We put our things in the room and went to visit friends and got back to the room at about 10 pm that night but as my husband was about to get into bed he says there was a bug at which point I argued with him because it would be gross. So we ended up pulling down the top sheet all the way and seeing more tiny bugs, then took off the bottom sheet and I had thought that all hotels would have the plastic mattress topper for help keeping them off but not, the mattress had holes on the corners of the seams and there were definitely bugs I took the best pictures I could. We never slept and I asked for a refund but neither the hotel or Expedia would give it to us or the 20 that we paid to was and totally clean everything’s ng that had touched the bed in that room. Therefore we disputed the charges I will not pay for NOT sleeping and ALL OF THE EXTRA WORK I DID to not bring bed bugs with me where ever I go.
