Super convenient and “up to date” hotel next to the airport in Gatwick. Staff were very kind and helpful, breakfast was good and ventilation in room.

Great place for an overnight at Gatwick - 6 min walk from North Terminal - staff was friendly and helpful ( they were being inundated with guest at the time) - onsite bar and restaurant

It was convenient for the Shuttle. There was no statement that you had to pay $$ for the shuttle transport to the hotel from the airport.

Good place super close to Gatwick, and an easy acces to trains downtown London (about 30-35 minutes).

Older hotel that needs some updating but kept clean. Good for short one night stays. Was confusing that theres a new premier inn closer to the airport. We trued to check in there but was redirected to this one. Definitely needs better directions to hotel and the path is not well lit late at night especially walking around 2 round abouts to get there. Good stay but just things to note.

Perfect for a one night airport stay. Spacious room with ac and a comfortable bed. Clean. Check-in would be better with a traditional human experience. I was exhausted at the end of my trip and when the machine didn't work it was frustrating.

Pænt og rent værelse. Ok restaurant. Forholdsvis stille set i betragtning af det er tæt på lufthavnen

Bus shuttle to North Terminal is not direct, and takes about 20 minutes, whereas it is a 9 minute walk to the North Terminal. Also cost of shuttle is 4GBP per person. These details were not made clear anywhere. Hotel itself and its hard working staff were excellent.

Very convenient and easy walk from North terminal. Good alternate to the Premier inn across street from terminal when its full/ higher price. Clean room had a very good dinner with fair price had a fantastic waitress blonde lady I don't want to guess age and get it wrong. But what a personality ! Breakfast was worth it they had a deal dinner and breakfast came out real good deal.

After back packing for 2 months this hotel was great. Clean, good bed, decent shower. Ticked all the boxes pre an early flight out the next day.

Personalen suckade när vi kom lite tidigare än incheckningen pga lång resa, kändes som man var mest i vägen. Fick vänta till exakt kl 15 så rekommenderar att inte va där tidigare innan incheckning. Annars var hotellet okej för en natt. Standard premier in frukost.

Very close to the airport but be aware there is a premier inn closer

The rooms look tired. One suggestion is to steam clean the carpets at least twice a year.
