The hotel is new from 2025. It is modern and clean. I particularly liked the happy hour with deejay, which created a nice vibe in the bar. Recommended for a business trip, but I think it would also be great as a base during a city trip.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Moxy Alfragide Lisboa from 21/06/2026 to 28/06/2026. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is modern, stylish, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The rooms were spotless, well-equipped, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What truly made our experience exceptional was the incredible staff. Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience, and their kindness made us feel at home throughout our stay

This is a hidden gem of a hotel while it’s not close to many of the attractions that you want to see in Lisbon. It is a great headquarters to come to and back after a long day on excursions. While I was only there for my last day before my airport trip, I would recommend coming back there and making that the central location for your stay and using rideshare to get to your destinations. It’s a place to call it a day with a pool and unique vibe. Obrigado

The process around the breakfast was horrible. There was a 25 min line to get brekafast. There was place in the restaurant and there was plenty of food, the way they set it up was just a disaster. And the check-out staff was very undfriendly

Thanks for the service, The room was ok size and kind of new minimalistic concept without storage closet or tea kettle, room cleaning was ok but not sufficient even before us there were some leftovers from former guests. And the floor was dusty. The pool is very small, asking for an extra fee for parking is a bit of unwelcoming together with refusing my request to add tea and small boiler for drinks. No minibar. I understood that when I checked YouTube vlogs but expected to be a bit more spacious and easy to find facilities around. Good gesture of free welcoming drink. Good air conditioning. Poor sound isolation.

The hotel was okay if you are trying to save some money and just need somewhere to lay your head. The staff was friendly, but the space was very small. The bathroom sink and shower had a strange odor that did not make me feel very clean. Overall, “okay” to “good” stay. I would not book again if I needed to. There are most likely better hotels.
