The hotel is super clean and staff are very friendly and warm. There is a lady that speaks Russian is very helpful and kind. She welcomes everyone with very gentle smiles and compliments. The breakfast is amazing. There is nothing to ask more. Omlet, cheese, bread, sweets, fruits, yogurt and other local Özbek foods that I enjoyed a lot. Definitely, I will book the hotel again next time I visit Samarkand

The hotel is situated on a quiet street. A super market, a small restaurant, and a convenience store is 2 minutes walk away. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was decent, and the lady serving the breakfast was very pleasant and helpful. The front desk staff was polite and helped with calling the taxis and giving directions. Very few people in Uzbekistan speak English, and the Google translate was very helpful. I wouldn't mind staying at this hotel again if I ever go back to Samarkand.
