I really enjoyed my stay at the resort. The view was stunning, and the exterior of the property was grand and beautiful. The staff were very friendly, and the overall cleanliness met my expectations. Unfortunately, there was one downside. There were local protests against the hotel construction, and protesters were playing chanting sounds over loudspeakers. This disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere of the resort.

1. The hotel charges a hefty fee for using the Pool(The Hotel should not charge hotel guests for using the pool.) 2. After paying for the pool fee, you are only allowed to reenter the pool ONE time within 30 minutes. (I asked for an explanation WHY?, but the staff did not provide a legitimate answer.)(If you want to come back to the pool, they will charge the same fee as the first time you entered the pool.)(By the way, the fee is around $30 per person) 3. The concierge staff(female) seemed very dull when asked a question and called the manager to handle our situation. After all, I don't think I will be back at this hotel again. My family and I paid $500 per night at this hotel and drove hours to get here expecting 5 star hotel conditions and quality but none of that was met to the standard.

커뮤니티에 몇몇 이용객의 후기를 보면서 저도 느낀점을 몇가지 적어 보겠습니다. 전망이 좋습니다. 외적인 부분은 정말 좋습니다. 그러나 카페의 가격은 사실 사악하죠. 호텔의 제과장님이 직접 만들거나 생과일의 음료가 아님에도 뭔가 부족 했습니다. 객실은 문고리 먼지와 쇼파 아래에는 과자 부스러기, 그리고 커튼에 머리카락이 있어 뭔가 청결도는 아쉽니다. 또한 욕실 용품도 펌프가 잘 되지않아 세정제가 나오는데 어려움을 격네요. 인피니티풀 이용도 만족하나 아이들과 놀기에는 뭔가 부족하죠! 그 부분은 가만하고 이용 하였으니 패스.

가족이 쉬었다 오기 좋은 곳입니다. 다만 주변 관광지가 몇군데 없어서 아쉽네요 쏠비치 식사 비용이 조식 6만원, 석식 15만원으로 너무 비싸다는 생각이 들었습니다. 다른 지역 쏠비치와 비교해도 많이 비싸네요. 얼마나 잘 나오나 보려고 조식을 먹었는데 4명이 24만원 헉!! 이건 좀 아닌듯... 근처에 식당도 많이 않아서 아쉽습니다 쏠비치 주변 산책로는 좋은데 코스가 짧아서 아쉬웠습니다.

조식 부페 퀄리티는 전반적으로 괜찮은데 한 가지 크게 아쉬운 점이, 5성급 호텔인데도 오믈렛을 요청시 즉시 제조해주는게 아니라 미리 만들어 둔 오믈렛을 데워서 주더라고요. 오믈렛을 5성급에 맞게 주문시 요리를 해줬으면 좋겠습니다. 그 외에 석식 뷔페나 호텔 서비스는 모두 만족 했습니다. 또 갈게요!
