Dirty towels were left in the bathroom when we checked in. The bedlinen and dinner table were not properly clean. Called the customer service and they did not send anyone over on the same day. Had to follow up with another call on the next day morning before they send someone over in the afternoon to clean it. The facilities,however are good and the apartment is otherwise accommodating.
