Munich and related destinations
Between steins of beer at the Hofbräuhaus and surfing the Eisbach wave in the English Garden, Munich delivers contradictions with Bavarian efficiency. Marienplatz reveals its medieval heart, where the Glockenspiel's mechanical figures dance daily above crowds clutching pretzels. The Deutsches Museum houses enough scientific wonders to occupy the most curious minds for days. BMW Welt showcases German engineering with such sleek precision that even non-car enthusiasts find themselves coveting a sedan. During Oktoberfest, Theresienwiese transforms into a wonderland of beer tents and dirndls, though locals insist the city's true character emerges after the tourists depart.

Eden Hotel Wolff
"The hotel is beautifully located directly across the street from the main train station in Munich (München Hauptbahnhof). Ask for a quiet room as there is major construction going on at the train station. The breakfasts are great. We also ate at the hotel restaurant one night. It’s pricey, but okay. We also ate one night at the Wirtshaus Rechthaler which is less than a block up from the Eden Wolf. It’s typically Bavarian and very good. Those are the pros of the Eden Wolff. On the negative side, the room was very strangely furnished, with very rough hewn wooden furniture, not very comfortable. This was very strange in an old smart European hotel. I liked the hotel, but not the room!"
KING's HOTEL First

- Be flexible with dates: Prices may vary depending on factors like the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so being flexible with your travel dates could help you save on your Munich hotel stay. For those seeking unique experiences, boutique hotels may offer a more personalized experience and potentially better value. When you book with Hotels.com, we'll inform you if the price for your selected dates is above or below average. If the price appears higher, we may suggest more affordable dates to help you find a better deal.
- Consider your location: Opting for accommodations near major attractions or city centers can be convenient, but it often comes with a higher price tag. For more affordable options, you might want to look at hotels located in less central areas or neighborhoods, striking a balance between cost and accessibility to the sights you plan to see. Additionally, independent hotels situated a bit farther out are usually more likely to be budget-friendly and can offer a more authentic experience.
