It took us quite a while to get into the room, as the key did not work and it felt as though the door might be broken. I also did not realize that this was a shared apartment building in this kind of area. Unfortunately, my 75-year-old mother was quite shaken by the experience and is feeling very uncomfortable. Because of her condition, using shared bathrooms and sleeping in a shared environment is difficult for her. It was my poor judgment to make this booking, and I truly regret the situation. I’ve had to arrange another place to stay — hopefully a proper hotel — so that she can rest comfortably and feel safe. Thank you so much for your understanding and kindness.

J'ai séjourné deux nuits dans cet établissement. Dès la première nuit, il était impossible de fermer le volet de la chambre. Le défaut était visible : le système permettant de l'actionner n'était pas présent, de sorte qu'il était évident que le volet ne pouvait pas fonctionner. Il ne s'agissait pas d'un problème difficile à détecter ou d'une panne ponctuelle, mais d'un défaut visible qui aurait normalement pu être constaté lors de la préparation ou de la vérification de la chambre avant l'arrivée des clients. La chambre devenait ainsi très lumineuse dès le lever du soleil, ce qui m'a réveillé vers 5h du matin et a affecté la qualité de mon sommeil. J'ai signalé le problème immédiatement et l'hôtel a reconnu le dysfonctionnement. Malgré cela, aucune solution effective n'a été apportée pour la première nuit, qui a été fortement impactée. Ce que je regrette le plus n'est pas seulement le problème rencontré, mais la manière dont la réclamation a été gérée. Malgré mes échanges avec l'établissement et l'intervention de Hotels.com, l'hôtel a refusé toute compensation ou remboursement partiel. P.S. : Hébergement correct, mais sans plus. La propreté était perfectible, avec notamment pas mal de poussière à certains endroits et plusieurs taches visibles sur les draps. Le mobilier est assez vieillissant. L'insonorisation est également très limitée, aussi bien vis-à-vis des autres occupants de l'établissement que des nuisances provenant de la rue.

Todos os quartos tem banheiro compartilhados, seis quartos para dois banheiros. Eu não tinha percebido isso no anúncio, falha minha. Tive problema com a tv do quarto que não funcionava e demorou dois dias para ser resolvido. Os detalhes para o check in precisam que você ligue em um número de telefone para poder abrir a porta do prédio, mesmo chegando entre as 09:00 e 21:00, Destalhes a parte, o local é bem limpo e adequado pelo preço.

Der Raum entsprach überhaupt nicht den vorherigen Fotos. Die Wände sind schrecklich, keine Spur von Renovierung, überall Spuren von Insekten. Aber das Schlimmste war die Nacht – Bettwanzen und Mücken … einfach schrecklich! Sie beißen, krabbeln überall herum … Am meisten hat unser vierjähriger Sohn gelitten – er hat die halbe Nacht geweint. Jetzt hat er große Schwellungen, und wir müssen ins Krankenhaus gehen. Das Seltsamste ist, dass die Gastgeber offensichtlich über den Insektenbefall Bescheid wissen, aber trotzdem weiterhin Gäste einquartieren. In der nächsten Nacht wurden wir in ein anderes Zimmer verlegt, wo wir zwar nur ein Insekt gefunden und sofort getötet haben, aber das Vertrauen war natürlich völlig verloren. Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut nicht empfehlen! Meiden Sie diese Firma um jeden Preis. Fotos werden beigefügt.
