Stay cozy at The Frankford for only one night and it fit our needs perfectly. We were in the heart of Fishtown close to amazing dining options and close proximity to Philly. The unit was exactly as described. Only recommendation for host and Hotes.com would be to provide a bit clearer directions for check-in. StayCozy was quick to respond to our questions and help us through the process. Would definitely stay again next time in Philly!

Overall, this was a great rental. Most of my issues were upfront, but the staff was very helpful getting things resolved. The unit was very clean. There was some noise from outside, but this was to be expected. The beds were comfortable. My suggestions would be to have a few more pots/pans in the kitchen and a small TV for the master bedroom.

Most Everything was great, large very clean condo, lovely, just like pics, only issue was loud party base music thumping til 3 am sat nite and most of Sunday nite above me. But, otherwise, very nice spot, very clean well equipped place. Comfy bed, walk to lots bars, restaurants. I was there for almost a week, I would stay again. Other than the partying…and it was spring break….it was really good place to land for my trip. Setting up son at Temple, pretty close to temple, 5 min. Uber, safe comfy, clean place to stay.

The place was as advertised. Of note, this is not set up like a typical hotel with a lobby and front desk, but that wasn’t a problem. The parking was problematic the weekend we came, likely due to March madness and a huge volleyball tournament. There is no parking lot for the hotel and street larking is tough to find a space that you can stay parked for long enough to leave your car. There was also not a pay lot nearby that allowed overnight parking. Room is as spacious, clean, and very nice.
