It was an amazing hotel and we had a great stay! The bed was as super comfortable and the bedroom and bathroom were super clean! We stayed in the studio and it had a full sized fridge, and everything you could need. The windows were also sound proof so we couldn’t hear any outside noise at night. Super friendly staff! Overall great hotel!

Helpful and friendly staff in a cool (and brand new) hotel that is perfectly located for exploring Copenhagen. The room (actually a suite) was just as well appointed as previous Lockes I’ve stayed at. Love the colors and the furnishings - plus the views from the 21st floor were simply stunning. I will definitely be back!

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to check in earlier than expected with no trouble. Probably one of the cleanest hotels I've ever been to ! The room has all you need and more and the location os great, within a walking distance anywhere.

Friendly and cheerful staff, great location near the central train station and Tivoli Gardens. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Room was comfortable and hotel services were excellent, e.g., stored our luggage overnight despite checking out. Highly recommend and I would stay here again!

The check in was fantastic. We arrived on an early morning flight and the staff arranged a room so we were able to settle by 12pm and have a sleep to adjust our time clocks

8/10 Very good

I would have given 5 stars because the location, hotel, and staff were really great; with that said, when i booked my room should have had a bath tub and it did not. They did switch my room because the “city view” that I should have had, was not it at all. Overall it’s a nice hotel.

Great location and lovely staff! Allowed us free luggage storage when we travelled to Stockholm for a night. Walking distance to Central station, many restaurants & cafes, and sites. Caution: cyclists are fast and take right-of-way; and I was nearly pickpocketed between Locke Copenhagen and Central station. Lovely trip and location despite these negatives.

Fantastic hotel. Close to central station, each room had full kitchen, modern decor, very comfy beds, air com, toiletries in the bathroom. The staff couldn't do enough to help, friendly and helpful. Amazing time here.

10/10 Exceptional

Very stylish hotel. We took a twin room with kitchenette. Great views from the 11th floor (although we were facing the suburbs rather than the city centre). The odd shape (because it's a round tower) means you get some small seating areas and weird angles but still comfortable enough for breakfast or reading a book. It's right next to the railway line so you will probably hear trains going by in the background but it didn't bother us. Small problem with water supply during our stay which was apparently caused by nearby building works, but was fixed within an hour.

Brand new. Clean. Very service minded reception. Excellent location. Even better when the roof top bar opens soon. Nice taking the elevator to the taxi in the parking basement. Excellent breakfast. (Only strange minus: The toilets are small)

The location, the practicality very good Very expensive for what is offered The room was equipped only with one large towel and one face towel for 2 people Less flexible early accommodation
Verified review

8/10 Very good

Good location. Junior suite more appropriate vs a room for a few days stay. Good appliances. But the "full kitchen" has pretty minimal cooking and dishes.

8/10 Very good

The staff were really helpful and lovely, room was very clean..I just had a hard time finding the place
Verified review

6/10 Good

Very so-so experience, and disappointing for the price. The room and amenities are makeshift, like it’s not a real hotel but more of a self-service apartment. The towels are very small and thin, and only one per person is given. The hotel doesn’t clean rooms daily, not even to make the bed or bring fresh towels, except for a fee. The room itself was fine but somewhat soulless. The bed was comfortable and the windows were effective at blocking the noise from the train. For the price, which seemed quite high, we would not stay again.

Incredible rooms. I stayed in City view. Modern designs. Very friendly staff. A little weird to locate but after 2 times you get the hang. 10-14 minute walk from Tivoli and all the shops/restaurants. 2 restaurants closeby. 100% would stay here again.
