WE love staying here. We love the rooms, the pools, although the large pool is a little cold, and the outdoor pool could be warmer. The great room is very nice. I have not tried the spa treatments, but the smells coming from the spa area are very pleasant.

We had a 3rd floor king room without the hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful resort. The grounds are beautiful, the room was roomy and quiet and the staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. We used the outdoor hot spring pool and cold plunge and enjoyed them. We ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant one morning and although service was slow, it was pleasant and the food was good despite other reviewers saying it wasn't. We would definitely stay at this resort hotel again!

Hotel 3rd floor garden view room/balcony was large, spacious, and comfortable; bathroom amenities/coffee were minimal and average.Property was well kept/clean; pool, spa(s), and hot spring water was AMAZING! 1hr message was enjoyable but pricey; locker room and facilities were clean and well kept. We DEFINITELY recommend staying and experiencing the resort! Hourly use of the mineral pools available.

Great place to stay. The location was beautiful, staff was extremely friendly, and the rooms were decent, nothing special (King bed with Garden View) but solid nonetheless. Only things I’d say to keep in mind are that the walls are thin, so people will hear you in the hallways, and the on site restaurant is mediocre at best.

So my stats at Bonneville are always memorable. If I have a choice, this is generally my first pick. The hot tubs on the balconies of the suite have mineral water pumped into them, and I can’t get enough of it. The staff this time though was unbelievably helpful. I did not make my check in time, yet, when I was able to arrive they wasted no time getting me into my room so I could relax, from day staff, to night staff (especially so), to the wait staff, bartender, and even the cafe staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Thank you everyone for my stay.

Despite a mix up regarding our room that was quickly resolved, we enjoyed our one night stay. Our private hot tub was amazing and the bed was very comfortable, but the decor felt very clinical (like I was visiting my grandma in her assisted living apartment). With a little updating this hotel could truly feel more luxurious and relaxing.

Location was peaceful and the hot springs were great! I usually don't use hot tubs because I can't tolerate really hot temperatures. Hot springs were just the right temperature. There is a cold bath available, too. The indoor swimming pool was the largest I have seen outside of Las Vegas and Hawaii. I recommend staying if in the area. Stevenson is just down the road if you prefer additional dining options.
