I had no place to stay when I got there. Host told me there was an issue with my credit card. Hotels.com still shows I was booked and now wants me to rate my stay I didn’t get. Evolve was the property that I didn’t book through and have no account with. I had to rent another property and can only speak with bots with Hotels.com. Service really sucks from these people.
