Our time at the Briar Patch Inn was magical. Breakfast by the creek, and walks through the woods were just two of the perks we enjoyed. The staff was wonderful and kind, and our cabin (Butterfly) was perfect for a family of four. We will return!

Cozy and Full of Charm - the natural beauty of the place can’t be beat! Breakfasts are home made and unique - even the cookies are amazing. Staff very friendly and accommodating…a true place to unplug, relax, and be still.

I can’t begin to explain how peaceful, cozy, warm, and relaxing the Inn is. This far exceeded our expectations and we can see why some folks have been coming here for 20+ years. It was romantic and calming and really a great place to get away from it all but is convenient to all places in Sedona. My partner was suffering from a back injury and went for a cold plunge in the swimming hole almost every morning. From the nourishing breakfast to games and a glass of wine by the fire we just had a wonderful and special stay. Thank you and I hope to be back soon.

Briar Patch Inn is truly a hidden gem in Sedona. From the moment you arrive, there’s an immediate sense of peace. The beautiful creekside setting, charming cabins, and quiet surroundings make it feel like you’ve stepped away from the busyness of everyday life. Every detail feels thoughtful and intentional, and the property has a warmth that makes you want to slow down and simply enjoy where you are in time and space. What we loved most was how easy it was to reconnect with nature, with each other, and with the beauty God created all around us. Sedona is already breathtaking, but staying at Briar Patch made the experience even more special. It doesn’t feel like just another place to stay; it feels like a retreat. We left refreshed, grateful, and already talking about coming back. If you’re looking for somewhere peaceful, beautiful, welcoming, and truly unique while visiting Sedona, Briar Patch Inn is absolutely worth it. Be sure to book a 90minute massage too.

Breakfast next to the creek was a highlight of our stay. We stayed in the Heron, which is a stand-alone cabin and had a nice lawn area with a swing bench, picnic tables, and hammocks. Very peaceful.

Great staff and grounds, perfect area to relax a get away from electronics!! Fire place in cabin was perfectly set up to light and lots of wood on hand to keep ambiance going. We really didn’t even need to explore Sedona because the getaway cabins and Oak Creek were great!

8/10 Very good

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin in Sedona! The property itself is absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. The cabin was very clean and well-kept, which made us feel comfortable right away. The Wren is on the smaller side, but still a decent size and worked well for our stay. The only downside was that one of the bedrooms had an accordion-style door, which wasn’t ideal for privacy. Other than that, everything was great and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely consider staying again!
