El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación, muy cerca de la Carrera 70 de Medellín, y muy cerca a estaciones del metro de Medellín, está rodeado de muchos restaurantes, bares y supermercados, además de estar a pocos minutos del estadio principal y también es fácil ir al centro de convenciones Plaza Mayor (a unos 10 minutos aproximadamente) El sector es muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar. El servicio es sobresaliente, todo el personal es muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, lo que hace que la estancia sea agradable. Sin dudas, un lugar muy recomendado, muchas gracias por todo, sin duda volveré.
